Royal Oaks Home Care, which had been generating clients primarily through word of mouth, faced a significant challenge when they decided to expand their reach online. Despite their established reputation in the community, they lacked a website and needed one to begin advertising their services online. The primary challenge was not only creating a compelling and functional website but also improving their visibility in search engine results. The competitive landscape was tough, with competitors ranging from established businesses and franchises to local businesses. This mix made it difficult for the company to stand out and rank for local and related keywords, making it essential to develop a strategy that would effectively position them in the market and drive online engagement.

Prototype & Development

Search Engine Optimization

Content Creation

Content is vital for SEO because it helps search engines understand the relevance and value of a website’s pages, and it attracts and engages users. A well-crafted content strategy can improve rankings, drive organic traffic, and establish authority.

  • Keyword Research – Identified relevant keywords to target, ensuring the content addressed the terms and queries potential clients are searching for.

  • Content Strategy – Developed a plan for creating and organizing content that aligns with user needs and business goals, including blog posts, service descriptions, and informational pages.

  • Publishing and Optimization – Regularly published content while optimizing it for SEO, including on-page elements like meta descriptions, headers, and internal links to enhance visibility and performance in search results.

The Results

Several months after deploying the website, Royal Oaks Home Care began generating consistent organic traffic, averaging around 300 clicks per month and several leads. We took a snapshot of their progress from December 2023 to February 2024, during a peak traffic period.

During this time, the website attracted approximately 688 clicks and 96,000 impressions, leading to roughly 50 leads, of which 13 converted into clients. Notably, after the initial website development, we did not make any further changes to the content, allowing it to run naturally and continue driving results.
